Terms and Conditions

Thank you for your interest in our accommodation. It is important for us that you are fully informed about the general terms and conditions applicable to all customers, natural or legal persons, regarding the reservation and purchase of tourist services offered by the guesthouse Casa Meburger 279.

By making a reservation or check-in at Casa Meburger 279, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to all the terms and conditions specified here.

Rates

All displayed rates are hotel accommodation rates. 
All rates are per night.
Rates can be changed at any time, rate increases not affecting already confirmed reservations.

Booking conditions

Reservations are considered:
any order sent through the reservation channels, subject to confirmation from the email address contact@casameburger279.ro.
Reservations are considered guaranteed upon payment of an advance of 50% of the stay within no more than 48 hours, from the date of confirmation of the reservation, otherwise, the reservation will be canceled automatically.

Casa Meburger 279 can be rented partially (standard room or superior room) or fully. The customer has the obligation to check the details of the invoice before paying for the services.

Conditions for changing or canceling the reservation

Making the payment by the customer has the value of an express confirmation of the tax invoice. Cancellation of a reservation can be made without incurring penalties at most 7 days before the start date of the stay. The value of the paid services will be returned to the bank account from which the initial payment was made in no more than 30 days.

Cancellation of a firm reservation less than 7 days before the start date of the stay, attracts a penalty equivalent to the entire value of the advance already paid.

No-show (or no-honored reservation) means the confirmed and uncancelled reservation as a result of which the customer did not arrive at Casa Meburger 279 on the set date. In case the client does not show up at the accommodation unit, the amount paid in advance is retained in full.

In the case of stay discounts announced by customers during their stay, Casa Meburger 279 reserves the right to withhold the value of unconsumed services as damages, based on the point-by-point evaluation of each situation.

Arrival and departure

Check-in starts at 3:00 p.m. and rooms are checked out by 11:00 a.m. at the latest.
Accommodation is based on identity documents (identity card, passport, birth certificate in the case of children).
Parking is free, subject to availability.

Smoking

Smoking is prohibited on the premises, except for the outdoor spaces equipped/ equipped with ashtrays.
Casa Meburger 279 reserves the right to evict customers who do not comply with this obligation and to cancel their reservation.

Pets

Pets are allowed inside Casa Meburger 279 for an additional cleaning fee.

Safety of personal belongings

The video monitored spaces are the parking lot and the yard in order to protect people and goods owned by Casa Meburger 279, by monitoring the access of people to its premises. If personal belongings of tourists are found in the room or common areas, they will be sent by paid courier to the mentioned address.

Protection of personal data

Casa Meburger 279 informs its customers that the management of personal data will be based on principles of fairness, legality and transparency, protecting your privacy and rights, as a result of the specifics of the activity provided, being a tourist reception structure with an accommodation function.
According to the rules regarding the access, records and protection of tourists in tourist reception structures, their administrators are obliged to ensure the registration of all tourists in the operational records, upon their arrival and the completion of the Arrival and departure notification form. The data entered in the arrival and departure notice sheet refer to name, surname, date of birth, series and no. identity card, place of birth, domicile, citizenship, purpose of travel and period of stay in the accommodation structure. We process your personal data for registration/accommodation in our accommodation. At the time of accommodation, according to the legal provisions in force, tourists are obliged to fill in the arrival and departure notification form.

The categories of personal data we collect are:

1. name and surname

2. home address

3. identity document series and number

4. personal numerical code

5. email address

6. phone number

7. information relating to your booking: date of arrival and entry, length of your stay, special requirements

8. reviews and opinions regarding the services provided within our accommodation unit. When you post comments, rereviews or questions on social media platforms, your name and any data you provide in that comment/message is retained for the purpose of further notification regarding services, products or events organized by us.

9. the pictures taken in our accommodation unit on the occasion of certain events.

10. any other types of information you choose to provide to us.

The collection of personal data through the use of video surveillance means is done with your tacit consent.
Simply accessing our website will not lead to the collection of your personal data unless you voluntarily enter certain data (eg online bookings).

The personal data provided with your consent will be collected and processed by us exclusively for the purposes that we will present below:

1. reservation, provision and invoicing of accommodation services;

2. the settlement of the holiday vouchers by the contracting units;

3. sending feedback, advertising and marketing messages;

4. solving requests, questions, complaints.

The recorded information is intended for use by the operator and is communicated, upon request, only to the state authorities entitled by law.

The customer has the right to access the data, the right to intervene and the right to oppose the personal data, these rights can be exercised in accordance with the provisions of art. 13, 14, 15 of Law no. 677/2001. Thus, any person can exercise the rights listed above by sending a request to Casa Meburger 279, at its headquarters in Mercheasa 279, Homorod commune, Brasov county, drawn up in written form, dated and signed, a request in which the identification data will be mentioned of the person in question, including the mailing address, as well as the data on which the intervention is requested, the justified reason and the method of intervention. Also, the person whose data is processed has the right to request, without any justification, free of charge, in writing, by registered letter with confirmation of receipt, dated and signed, that the personal data are not processed by the Casa Meburger 279 for the purpose of providing tourism services.
